Guacamole


Guacamole is a healthy as well as tasty condiment, originated in Mexico. It has traditionally used for various therapeutic and culinary purposes.

How it is prepared?

It is prepared by blending tomatoes, avocados, lemon juice or lime, red onion and cilantro

Nutritional composition

It is nutritionally enriched and significantly rich in Vitamin C, E, K, B6, potassium, magnesium, zinc, copper, iron, fibres and healthy fats.

Antioxidant activity           

  • Ingredients, which are required for preparing guacamole, exert potent antioxidant activity
