Dragon fruit


Dragon fruit is a nutritious fruit with a unique appearance and texture. The taste of dragon fruit is basically like a mixture of pear and kiwi. It is loaded with various imperative micronutrients (like Vitamin A, C, E, B complex, calcium, potassium, magnesium as well as iron) and fibre. It has been traditionally used for various therapeutic purposes.

Antioxidant activity

It is loaded with antioxidants that help in reducing the concentration of free radicals in body hence prevent oxidative damages

Anti-inflammatory activity

  • It contains various imperative biological components that help in preventing inflammation by decreasing the concentration of inflammatory markers in body
