Omam water


Omam water is generally prepared by soaking omam or carom seed in water. Omam is an amazing spice and it has been traditionally used as an imperative remedial action for digestive issues. Whereas it is also packed with various imperative micronutrients and phytonutrients that offer numerous health benefits

How to prepare omam water?

  • At first omam or carom seed should be taken and should be crushed between palms
  • Then the crushed omam should be added to a dry pan and it should be fried in low flame until an aroma comes
  • After that water should be added to it and it should be cooked covered in medium flame at least for 10 minutes
  • Finally it can be consumed after filtering it
